I'm pretty sure it's Kronii's watch. Based on tweet related and all the discussion around the subject that seems to be the general consensus. I also think people give AO-chan or the AO WAY more importance then is currently set up/implied. The only connection AO has to Council is Sana, but the Omen trailer specifically said gods created Council, no mention specifically of AO. Could the AO be some of the gods? Yes, but I feel it's more reasonable to assume they're some of the gods at work/a differentw godly force than the main and only one. That and Omen specifically says the gods fell asleep right after making Council so it's more reasonable to assume it's Kronii's watch specifically. That and that AO definitely don't seem asleep plus it being Kronii"s watch is much more kind interaction and fanart wise
