I think her career inside Nijisanji is pretty much doomed, but she can still try to jump ship to VShojo or try to make it as an indie. In my opinion, it feels like she's on the spectrum without realizing it, so if she can go get that confirmed, dropping it somewhere visible after graduating and saying she's sorry for how she acted and that she'll keep herself together from now on will be a pretty good sympathy card. If she plays around with some more obscure kinds of games instead of the gachashit like genshin, she can find an equally autistic demographic who might like the feel of an airheaded progressive valley girl with a big history of yabs but who's sincerely trying to avoid being dumb anymore
