Mori was seeing family in two parts of the country. Obviously I can't speak for her, but traveling and entertaining family is pretty draining already. Then add on that she was dedicated to streaming during those two weeks. Visiting a friend would be something she wanted to do, but have to endure another plane ride(s)+however many days to do itand if Disney was the plan, it'd be asking Gura to travel, too, which probably a burden Mori wouldn't want to place on her

Technically not confirmed, but it's incredibly likely it's the fourth gift coming out on the 26th that's unrelated to the others and not on the schedule. She did say last month she'd just drop it without any fanfare while she was away.

I've been so busy these last few months I've only had time to watch Mori (and recently even that's been harder and harder to do...) and sometimes Gura--my only two memberships. I don't watch much outside of holo, but in terms of extended universe stuff I watch and have sent a couple supas to Rene and Riri. Even then, it's rare that I supa anyone else besides Mori and I only chat in Mori's almost exclusively.

I tuned out of Gura's SC reading to try and focus on Mori's ASMR, did I miss anything important?
