That sounds like a fun concept to base a fic around. (You) 've been secretly dating two chuubas that have been feuding for a long time but unknown to you they've reconciled and are trying to get knocked up at the same time.
Probably needs either a feud like Miko/Pekora or have it be a pairing that in-story is implied to have broken down violently before the fic takes place.
