She is so polished, but her voice is just Reine's but less cute.
I don't know, I just don't like her voice as much as Towa, Kanata, Suisei, or Gura's, I don't know how to explain.
It reminds me of Nene in which her singing so proficient, but I just blends into the background for me.

Her shit design has always debuffed her and doesn't even fit with her super genki type character.
It can't be stressed enough how much it had helped Nene to really bring attention to her and made her incline.

Nene. There's just something about her, it's hard to properly put it into words but god damn she does basically everything super well. She loves her fans but in a healthy way, she isn't codependent and you always get a sense that whatever happens she has the fighting spirit to push on. Also this is less relevant but her fanbase is pretty fucking tolerable. Everyone's in on the joke and her childlike aura does a lot to prevent unstable, hyper-obsessed gachikois shitting the place up, which is the main issue I have with Polka's fanbase.
