Vtubers are for the socially inept and isolated what Dog Training Classes are for dogs. They're simulated relationships and interactions and communities to instill baseline emotional response systems and create expectations of creating and maintaining social value or intimacy. It's part of the whole karmic balance of the way that social media and advanced social media like vtubers are deployed to make up for the absolutely civilization eroding capabilities of targeted social media cultural destruction. You can look at it malevolently as an uncaring government covering their asses but it's better to view it as a benevolent government creating an avenue of deradicalization, rehabilitation, or therapy due to the unverifiable, unspoken, information war enacted by foreign state actors and intelligence communities employing the public networks to destabilize enemy populations.
I don't think it's appropriate to go all that much deeper into my personal experiences surrounding the more personalized face to face program I was put through and failed out of.
