Is the /rbc/ rep still around?
I was going to check in with /rbc/, but their general is dead.

This would mean /∞/ helps operate and protects the country of /rbc/ for the world building thread.
But I want to make sure all of /rbc/ is in agreement with that before it becomes official, so if you're not in favor of the deal or someone wants to be the rep for /rbc/ (Which means they'd take the role of operating the country of /rbc/), the deal would be voided.

If that's the case. /∞/ would then like to offer a formal alliance with /rbc/ and build a port city to help facilitate trade through the norther passage and protect the trade route from schizos given you're located near the schizo wastelands.
/∞/ would commit a fleet to operate out of the port city, both for trading and to defend the coast of /rbc/. would also work out trading deals as well.
