It doesn't seem to be an exact cull like last time, but more like the incline is being throttled so it can't reach its natural peak. I'm also not going to jump to any conclusions about the exact nature of what's going on, but I don't see any other explanation at this point other than *something* fucky is going on and seemingly on Youtube's end

Okay here is Miko's stream fighting the Elite Four 2 weeks ago vs Botan's today, Miko started off at the Elite Four and slowly grew as she beat them, then had a sharp incline during the Cynthia battle. Botan on the other hand didn't start to tackle the Elite Four until partway through the stream, that's when she had her incline, but when she was fighting the second member her incline stopped, and she never grew again at all even when she was fighting Cynthia.
