I worked for a shitty small radio station where I found, planned and organized interviews with well known celebrities and politicians. Organizing collabs, interviews etc is actually so easy you wouldn't believe. It's just Vedal who's a dumbass and instead of asking someone he wants for Neuro, he waits until someone asks him, and accepts without researching who they are.
Especially with how many viewers Neuro currently has, it's possible to get a collab with the top 1 vtuber on twitch. I'd send a message to that dumbass offering help but I'm sure he won't even answer.
