to elaborate on why I feel this way: I never actually posted my findings here but I did dig into 3am Virtual talent a little and what I found is they used a lawyer who does contract and business law with a focus towards entertainment LLCs to set up the company as a LLC in Iowa. (This detail about Iowa will be important in a little bit) The official patent was set about a month before the group announcement and website creation and has been amended twice to put the emphasis on the "Virtual talent" part of the name, which is now on the website as well.

Now, why is Iowa important here? Iowa is one of the only states where the owner of a business is not a matter of public record. The address listed to 3am's listing is a company also located in iowa that rents out "office space" to companies so they can anonymously register for trademarks in the state. This might sound illegal, but it isn't and the state of Iowa is both aware and doesn't give a fuck as long as you pay taxes. So in other words there is no legal way without actual doxxing to know who owns 3am because they found the legal ways to do this anonymously, which leads me to believe it's like Saruei or Shylily's LLC for their own IPs that they own and use for business reasons. It also allows them to be employees so if things ever go south for them they can bankrupt the company with no personal financial impacts to themselves.

My guess is that whatever she's doing there is creating electromagnetic radiation.
