Sorry for dropping this out of the blue, but this is something that's been getting to me and I need to vent it out.

I know this may sound a little incel of me, but I'm genuinely curious. Why is it that women will sometimes treat you like you're the best thing in the world just for them to suddenly ditch you without a word.

Before judging me, I know not every woman does this, and I'm more than likely just letting this get to me more than I should, but it feels like over the last year it happened to me a couple of times. I don't treat the women in question poorly. Often enough they flirt with me pretty hard, but as soon as I show interest, or flirt a little back. poof! One randomly tells me that she has a fiance and dips, one blocks me after seeming like she wants to be in a relationship, and another just full-on disappears without a word.

Again, I'm well aware that I'm probably looking in the wrong places, and it's not destroying me emotionally. It's just something that is bugging me at this moment. Thank you for reading up to this point. I hope I'm not coming off too pathetic here...
