Because you clearly have no clue how twitch works. Like someone else said, rapid inclines aren't liked by twitch unless you have another source of your audience like youtube to show for. Also it's about averages, she may get a lot of viewers when /hlgg/ catches on but most days are much less which tanks the average. She definitely will get partner because of how high spec she is but she will likely need to go for 5 or 6 more months getting that average up. People were saying Alium was going to get partner in her first week of fame and she is still working for that average now.
