Ah, that outfit? For koikatsu, there's Hatoko's card. Additionally, there's tyviania's towa model edit (nude body and all) for blender, if you know how to use that. I do know that both are likely ported directly from TararaTarako's mmd model. It's been a while since I've collected mmd stuff, so I don't have too much, but I can give you those two as well.
