How do I leave this website and hobby forever? I'm done with this shit. It's a massive time sink and there's not one positive thing that has happened since I've been into it. At least back in the day on /a/ and /jp/ I learned a lot about obscure kino anime, VNs, and various doujin things but not once has something good come from being in /vt/. I don't think I knew what being in contact with a real subhuman was like before I came here. I'm fucking tired and about to watch a stream I don't particularly care about. I pushed myself too hard and messed up my back, so I'm taking a break day. Granted I did go walk around a music festival for a few hours so I'm not really resting, but I don't plan on doing any real exercise today.

I can only consistently do 6-7k steps a day before my legs start hurting. Should I stay around here until my body gets used to it or should I just push for 10k and see what happens?
