A better example of having the X-factor is arguably Uruka. Anyone else's channel would be dead in the water with her massive breaks and lack of draw beyond music but she revives it each time albeit not in the best shape.

I'll give you actionable advice I learned from my own practice of having to entertain randoms for tips:

1) Timed word association games. Draw a word onto a piece of paper in the middle and write related ones connected by lines as fast as possible. Have as many words connect to each other as possible. This forces your brain to think while you process information and generally gets you into more of a manic type of creativity state.

Find random pieces of information and explain it to yourself aloud and ask questions back until you can convince yourself you explained it well. This strengthens your ability to
-Sound uniquely like yourself at all times
-Sound like you know what you are talking about (vtubers being very confidently wrong is a subgenre of its own)
-Sound earnest and accommodating at all times without being pretentious or leaning on others too much

Quietly describe what you're doing doing and why you're doing it for a set period of time several times a day.
