Alright, finally done reading all the catalognaut stuff. The extreme tl;dr is that when all aspects of a person perfectly align to make them perfectly embody a concept -- in both appearance, birth place and personality -- that person becomes capable of directly accessing the Conceptual Realm. Essentially, the person themselves becomes a form of chuubanite. Is this correct, or am I misinterpreting it? Please feel free to let me know if I'm wildly off base, this was a lot to try and catch up on and my brain is still not functioning at 100% capacity.
