Not sure if you're serious, but if you are, I completely disagree. Having a big named streamer, especially in entertainment, is always better than having several that no one even knows about. That one big streamer can help pull up others in their group just by interacting with them, which in turn can create several more big named streamers. Popular streamers are also more likely to get things like sponsorships and merch. As for your last point, yes it is easier to hire a bunch of people that won't end up making much. However, I question whether that is "better". Isn't it much more efficient if one streamer can achieve the same results as several? As an example, I grabbed a bunch of SC numbers on playboard since those are public profit numbers that are available to us, and did a quick comparison to see how it stacks up. Comparison will be with Kronii (the big name) from HoloEN and NijiEN (the smaller streamers):

Kronii's SC total from 13 of her most recent monetized streams: $48.8k
Lazulight + Obsydia SC total from 78 (6 x 13) of their most recent monetized streams: $51.7k

Yeah Niji edges Kronii a bit, but holy shit it took her 13 streams to make a simlar amount 78 NijiEN streams.I really feel like a few big/mid tier streamers is better than a ton of small ones. Just my opinion by the way.
