This is Mori's summon animation in Counter:Side. I was always wondering why there was a circle of spikes but turns out it references her hood that we have never seen worn in a way that this circle would appear.
And if you look on her shoulders the spikes are not fixed onto them, it is a hood even in game but it is pinned down by her long hair.
