Let's think logically here. If someone is offering to kill every dev for a named price, then that should mean said individual both knows the exact location of each dev and has all the intel and resources they'd need to kill them efficiently.
Knowing this, I would simply hold a knife to this person's throat and demand they give me their locations, kill them, then travel out to where each dev is living and kill them myself all without spending a dime.
