1- you're intentionally using a filter because you don't want to reveal your real voice (understandable, but fucks with a voice review)
2- your microphone isn't set up properly (make sure your drivers are up to date and that your browse application is using the correct mic (pic related, mine is currently set to my nvidia broadcast)
3- your actual microphone is shit, which happens if you're using a laptop mic, webcam mic or any other non-dedicated XLR or USB microphone
