Towabaker here. Many of my earlier cards were baked with an emphasis on saving tokens because they were meant to be used with small context models (pyg 6b and similar) and/or corporate services that charge per-token, adding more detail is encouraged.

Depends on how you define 'installing'
If you're okay with installing a UI frontend and making calls to a remote model, get SillyTavern and pay for either Claude or GPT-4 (you'll need to use jailbreaks but both are great for cooming)

If you want a web-only solution check out agnai.chat, that site can link to most backends and even has a pretty solid free model (mytho 13b)
