Slow chat is the rule for a Tarkov drops stream, there can be 4000 people "watching" the stream by having the browser open in the background with an autoclaiming drops extension. The devs expect creators to stream for 12 hours straight and for the viewers to watch ~10 of those hours per day to get drops. Tarkov drop season is basically just Twitch approved viewbotting.
