One way to increase our positive association with our self-concept is to try to internalize that we are a specific thing that would make us do the thing we want. For example, if we want to run and jog more, we can start by internalizing that we are "a runner" or "a jogger," not merely a person "who happens to run." This is similar to the white elephant theory the main difference being a matter of perspective and method.

"I actually started out as a YouTuber," Knight Chase began, ignoring my hilarious joke from earlier, even though I can tell he heard it because he is visibly cringing, "-and I had a few friends who were into [VTubering]," A/N: He did not say VTubering, rather I have corrected a mispronunciation. "They introduced me to the concept and I thought it was really cool. I decided to give it a try, and I absolutely loved it!" He continues, still ignoring my joke from earlier, "I loved the creative freedom that VTubering gave me, and I loved being able to connect with my fans in a completely new way."

>What do you think sets you apart from other VTubers?

I think the biggest thing that sets me apart from other VTubers is my sense of humor. I love to make people laugh, and I think my sense of humor is a big part of why my fans enjoy my content so much. I also think my vocal talents are pretty unique. I’m able to do a lot of different voices and impressions, which I think my fans enjoy.
