Gura is pretty much "Babby's first vTuber" for most. At this point I'm sure that many of her initial audience have noticed that others exist also, and may have drifted to something catering to their personal tastes better. That alone is a valuable trait of hers for which she probably doesn't get enough credit.

She streams pretty much for American times only. Asians are at school/work and Euros are asleep.

The model, the voice, the personality, it all comes together too well, it's actually uncanny. She has that kind of cuteness which makes even the sourest motherfucker crack a smile.
It's impossible not to like her so long as you have that very last smidgen of joy in your heart. She just works.

Gura's fans are obnoxious entry-level babies and a collab with a JP one would probably cause massive cultural friction due to two fanbases clashing with each other.
