There's a reason why these 3 are used so much. People just want to watch holos without baggage and holos who try their best to not break any illusions or bring in too much outside unrelated influences. Mori and Kiara are great entertainers, but not great holos. At least in the classical sense. They want to be a bit too unique and want to spread their wings a bit too far. Ame, Gura and Ina are more than happy to be inside the bubble of hololive and act accordingly. Kiara is on the edge, while Mori specifically said she doesn't want to be part of that specific bubble.
