first off i want to say i get it, i used to hate working out in front of people and i'm training in tech so I can be a hikki with a power cage. super proud of you for losing weight and sticking with the football when you're feeling demotivated. it's not easy.

HIIT is probably the most efficient type of exercise that will give you results as far as what you want for footballing. you don't need a lot of room to do it. jump roping is efficient, good cardio, you basically need 0 room to do it, and it's not bad for your joints if you're doing it in the garden (bouncing on concrete for example is obviously bad for your knees but you can buy a pad or cushion if you have to). lunges, squat jumps, leg raises, etc. extremely oversimplifying and this might sound patronizing but you want power in your legs for sprinting. and you want to weigh less so you can move your body further with less energy expended. general callisthenic workouts will be good for your overall fitness and make your performance better too.

also make sure to be well rested and hydrated before a match for good performance (this means for days leading up to the match as well). rehydrate with sports drinks but don't chug them.

i didn't work with footballers very much, so i recommend looking up specific exercises using your resistance bands. all the tips i mentioned before apply here as well. multiple sources and so on.

also be patient, it takes time to see results but if you put in the work (during, before, and after) you will absolutely get better.
