I hope idol can bounce back from this I really do, they have good intentions I'm sure but you cannot do much with intentions alone so hiring competent and yet familiarized with corpo culture/ community is a must. If anything I'm surprised that on their plan it wasn't a priority to have as a foundation a big enough capable management team from the get go..
