Here's how you stop eating so much, a step by step guide.
Buy a fuck ton of apples, like literally 20 pounds of apples.
Eat one apple for every meal, only during lunch should you eat proteins, and only at breakfast should you eat carbs. Breakfast should be at least 12 Oz of high carb like pasta or pancake or waffle, and an apple. Lunch should be a meat or protein heavy vegetable, I recommend learning to make chicken confit and buying a ton of drumsticks since they're dirt cheap and highly nutritious and fun. Dinner should be only an apple, maybe some peanut butter, and at least 2 grams of matcha, brewed with a bit of sugar and add milk if you want. Repeat this for 5 days and you'll think potato chips taste significantly worse, adjust with different apples and different proteins on a daily basis if you must. Drink a whole lot of milk, learn to cook eggs at least 12 different ways, and never skip breakfast. Breakfast should also happen 2 hours after you wake up, and it really doesn't fucking matter what you eat for it as long as it's got some carbs. Also buy bunch of fancy plates that look bad if you put too much on them.
