That being said some general tips, your de-noise is too high, honestly I would avoid using the latent try using ultrasharp4x or animesharp4x with a de-noise under 0.5 (up to your preference). Looking of divine elegance, it probably doesn't have nsfw stuff added so if you merge it with meinaHentai or AOM3 (any model that can do nsfw) at 0.3-ish it should help a lot. Other than that re-rolling a lot and body horror just comes with territory of H-stuff. Your best bet at avoiding it is probably to learn control-net.
