You just know Botan was an absolute bratty troublemaker shithead when she was a kid. Hell even now, despite being otherwise one of the most mature holomems, she's perhaps the one with the most immature sense of humor (with Korone being a close contender). That kind of juxtaposition is pretty attractive to me. Also, if I'm not mistaken, she's the youngest of her siblings. Having been a literal imouto during her upbringing probably explains a lot about her personality.
