The first, bigger spammer waves (mostly manual) were paid by bilibili in order to kick hololive out of china (including killing holoCN) to control the market. After the initial waves and most of the shit settled, the rest of the spammers were ultranationalist zhang schizos using at least 3 versions of a spammer program (the wheelbarrows)

In the latter streams of her reincarnation, she seemed to have wisened up and blackpilled, and talked about conflicts between groups, peace, defense of your nation, many topics, including how most people are pawns fighting retarded wars for the benefit of the puppet masters (talked about it both her last twitch stream before being banished to bilibili, and exactly after coco's graduation on twitter)

She was at the center of the storm for a variety of reasons (including the zhang campaing linked in OP) so people focused on her, but she was just a nationalist moron and got played like everyone else. Nothing more nothing less. Misdirection at its finest.
Didn't attack Coco personally but her mods covered for the paid spammers. She's still a nationalist, but got blackpilled and has caught on being used, as seen in the things she's said on twitter and stream.

She ended up banning that whitell faggot and fired most mods. Her new mods until recently are hololive translators, they recently resigned to focus on translations though.

She got blackpilled, recently in an arknights stream she thinks it's good to defend your country and she's not ashamed of it, but did a long rant about wars between countries being stupid, fanning the flames being retarded and good people being manipulated to fight each other.

I think she's on the right track. The other CN bitches (excluding yogiri) never ever did anything so as to hint at regret or anything else.
