EN management makes some stupid decisions but I don't see them shooting down a request to collab with any other holo girl at this point. The biggest barrier would be either one of them reaching out to the other for it, and if that happens then I'm sure the other would accept. I don't think it's likely but im still gonna keep believing and i'll be pleasantly surprised if it ever does. The rust sever right now seems to be a good gateway for them to interact, Gura tried to go say hi to Foobs the other day during her stream but Fubuki was either still afk or had gotten off.
