I think it's undeniable that since the core audience of vtubing is comprised of men, women are naturally going to be at the top of the game in terms of natural appeal. That said, if it's a question of content creation, its anyone's game.
Stop focusing on what you cannot control and think about what you can improve on. Vtubing is, despite what exists on offer, a technical art, and if you work on refining your technical prowess, you can achieve success. This means thinking creatively and critically, and striving to put your viewer's experience and the quality of your content at times above your own enjoyment, while balancing your own personal satisfaction with the medium.
No one ever said it would be easy. Most will not make it. But it is achievable.
Bitching on here, whining about other's success, and being menhara about stupid shit is only going to handicap you.
