The most damning bit of proof in my opinion that nobody every talks about is that Suisei is in a constant state of fighting with her managers, to the point where she jokes about how difficult she is. I think her latest MV was a part of this. Off the top of my head here are the things Suisei's managers didn't want her to do initially

That's fucking Suisei, one of the biggest stars (pun intended) of the company. Every single one of those projects was a resounding success. And she still has to fight tooth and nail with management.
