Everybody has a limited repertoire of stories and activities to impress people initially, it's kind of like she ran out of material and completely dropped her "nerdy" identity. At least that's what I got out of his explanation. Not sure I completely agree, I think she's just self-conscious about being an "edgy retard" and sitting around doing nothing but "hanging out in voice chat." I don't think these aspects of her have necessarily changed.

She's definitely trying to spice things up by adopting a customer-facing personality similar to a ranting Youtube blogger/generic Twitch streamer, and it's definitely at the expense of just chilling with the boys and being herself, and it's definitely not necessary to retain her old fans. It seems that she also feels like her current content has dried up and isn't much more than "putting in hours" and doesn't want to keep pumping out dry dog food for harines.

I'm only concerned for her mental/financial health going into this major change in lifestyle. If she wants to do stuff in real life so she has more to talk about and carve out a camo-wearing white trash persona, she clearly has some idea that it's good for us and good for her and I'm not sure it really falls under the same category as her vaguely-political, vaguely-gamer fleshtubers. Fishing zatsu and animal cams could legitimately be very good and would closely adhere to the expectations of vtubing (though it'll scare the fish).

She's just... man, she is so bad at communicating.

Many of them were raised on the internet and have been displaced over the years (20 years is a long fucking time). There are very few communities that still serve them, mainstream social media really isn't it, and the thread here is practically an open invitation. It's not like making a funny plantation account where you can assume they're there mainly to read gossip, this is a general-purpose chatroom for fans. The reason people dislike other options like Discord and Reddit is because they encourage only certain kinds of people and interactions, very arms-length and sanitized "no, I'm her biggest fan" performances. For the most part, people posting here are doing it for their own entertainment and for other posters, which makes it very appealing and it's easy to just quietly slide in and out without horribly degrading your experience by announcing your presence to the simps.

When they come here, it's for the same reasons we are here. If you like interacting with the other anons, it's a fair bet that they do too (I think this is what people have a hard time believing). But there's so much more to it as well that you're ignoring. Have you never asked yourself why Shiina wants to be able to mutually banter with chat in "just a certain way" and why some jokes seem to just slip out that she ends up regretting or that break her own rules? It's an acquired taste, and it's a taste that she acquired.

/pcg/ I would like to apologize for the lack of Pippa recently. I started playing unite and going out of my way to bully every zeraora player I encountered. Pippa is on strike until she can regain all the ranked points she lost from my affection.
