Three things
1) This chart shows Youtube giving a global live viewer debuff starting between December 2020 and January 2021. Suisei didn't recline, it was Susan debuffing everybody
2) Source for the data is Holostats. I cobbled together a script to dl all data they had on Suisei, I can adapt it to any girl now.
