Yeah that's what makes it difficult. While we don't know her personally, she's very much not a stranger to us. We have all of this one sided knowledge and lots of emotions that simply don't exist on the other side. Anything more than basic "I love your stream" shit requires some tact.

Nothing about being an socially and emotionally stunted male in today's society is healthy (which I'm guessing the majority here are), and there aren't really any "healthy alternatives". Sure, everyone should try to sleep/eat well and exercise, but there's no reason to stop doing something that makes life a little more bearable.
