It's not really in the courts interest to overturn settled law as it'll just be reversed and create instability and confusion for businesses and law enforcement. This sort of thing was extremely common in the Trump administration where his executive orders were largely ignored because everyone with a brain in a position to enforce them knew they'd be overturned the moment he left office and it was too expensive to change things to implement a law that would only last 4 years.
The current supreme court is a bunch of hyper-partisan hacks but they've still been fairly cautious about shaking up landmark cases knowing that it'll just damage the authority of the courts and be quickly overturned the moment republicans lose their majority.
On top of all that the moment something like abortion gets overturned half the country will immediately respond by passing state laws enshrining those constitutional rights while the other half will immediately pass laws banning those rights, further confusing things and limiting cooperation between states as Colorado's DA's will be unwilling to snitch on people coming there from Texas for an abortion for example.

On top of all that I'm not convinced the courts are as partisan as it seems on first amendment issues as the Republicans are extremely dependent on the first amendment to allow them to push borderline white-supremacist talking points on Fox all day long. Gorsuch and possibly Roberts would probably have enough foresight to know this isn't a hill worth dying on when it could lead to states like California being allowed to seriously cripple the way right-wingers campaign within its borders if the first amendment is no longer sacred.

I've been here since /a/ was the most popular board and over the years jannies may have become less communicative with the users but they're still as incompetent and attention-seeking as they've always been. Instead of questioning why you got banned or trying to solve their thinking process you just have to accept that they're just regular stupid 4channers that make stupid mistakes or will act outright maliciously to entertain themselves if the situation calls for it.
