Until a whole bunch of things lined up (Invaders 1, Lia finally finding her voice, Pippa managing to get the freedoms she needed, Tenma leaning into presentations) Phase was leagues behind to an almost satirical degree. Turns out finding good girls isn't actually the hardest part of the equation. Tsun had absolutely 10/10 stellar girls. Prism had a bunch of standouts (a lot of chaff but still). Cyberlive, Akio, VRev, all had some real gems.

It all comes down to what you do with it, how you encourage them and how you keep them from tearing each other apart.
