You can test using autofire on both games and see which game allows more projectiles and sword slashes per second. SD is more responsive, which makes the top difficulty more tolerable (meanwhile ROS and 3 aren't really difficult at all, which isn't bad, but would be really frustrating if you had to deal with less responsive control as well as cheap deaths)

Most stealth games are boring bullshit where you spend way too much time waiting. Just take the garden section from OoT for instance. Its plainly obvious what you have to do and its even pretty easy but waiting for the guards to do their stupid route is literal agony. Waiting for guards in metal gear to start sleeping (at least the first guard is kind enough to already be asleep), waiting for that dumbass wood elf to go to the stump in morrowind, just always fucking waiting. Its the antithesis of fun bro..
