What are some good flashcarts for the SNES and Genesis that won't be too costly? Had to get a chink brand for my N64 since the Everdrive version was over 200. My budget is below 100 if possible.

Emulator if you want to be poor. Otherwise stick to Krikzz.

Either be an emu poorfag or accept the reality that being a paypig is expensive

>> No.7795218

People want a single flashcart per system, so the expensive ones with all the features and compatibility options are always going to be the most desired.

>Genesis/Mega Drive
Chinkshit carts are fine they're like 40 bucks or less on eBay and AliExpress. They'll play 32X games if you have a 32X but won't do jack shit for you if you want to play Sega CD games (no RAM Backup functionality either).

>SNES
Save up and be a good goy, buy the SD2SNES/FXPak. Cheaper alternatives are incapable of playing many popular games and ROM hacks that rely on special co-processor chips, so if you got a Super Everdrive you can forget about playing Yoshi's Island, Star Fox, Super Mario RPG, Kirby Super Star and Dream Land 3, Star Ocean, Mega Man X2 and X3, and Top Gear 3000 just to name a few.

A softmodded Wii would make a good, cheap alternative to both. It emulates SNES, Genesis, and Sega CD with minimal issues and looks good on a CRT since it can output at 240p. Won't play 32X games though.

partially correct

super everdrive is cheap &
the incompatibility list isnt that big
emulate or slowly collect the carts that it doesn't support

china everdrive for the genesis sucks ass at master system titles & loads painfully slow

like, over 3 minutes sometimes
other than that for $50 its definitely worth it
