The second best ester egg was also made by Duke Nukem 3D, when you look at a quake sign. Duke Nukem will say:"I ain't afraid of no Quake"

In the 20th anniversary World Tour edition's Egypt level there's a similar secret with dead Serious Sam, and Duke reacts to it by saying "Why so serious, Sam?". It's not as cool or subtle as the doomguy secret, but it's still cool to see them acknowledge Sam.
