fire emblem genealogy of the holy war is only considered a classic in japan and a small portion of the FE community but its probably one of the most influential titles of all time especially within the tactical role playing genre and basically shaped all games after it.
YU-NO is also a game that should be considered a classic. It was the first visual novel with branching paths its very influential to the genre and again paved the way for all games afterwards
