What are some good new rom hacks you've tried?
Is pic related good?

Did anyone actually subscribe to that guys' twitch channel and grab the patch? post it and be a HERO!

I only play hacks that run on real hardware but Smash Remix is pretty legit, it triggers my autism that they added stuff into the game that are from post-N64 games though.

I played a Luigi in Mario 64 hack that was basically what it says on the tin, Luigi in Mario 64, he jumps higher, moves faster and has less traction.

Mario 64 Star Road is an 5/10 on account of the framerate chugging but even without it it would be 7/10

I downloaded Banjo Dreamie last night but I didn't get far. The fact that you don't even get your basic spiral mountain abilities to start is really off putting.

Is Jiggies of Time a complete hack? I'm not into the idea of playing Banjo Hacks that are only one world long. Seems dumb.

Second question, does it work on actual hardware at all? It always seems to be a 25/75 shot with these N64 hacks.

gosh anon if you watched at least 30 seconds into the video you'd have your answer

How to add hyperlink to my rhdn hack, like if I'm gonna link another hack in the description.

That's not a hyperlink. I mean make the link appear as the hack name instead of ROMHACKING.NET/HACKS/8904380438 similar to how pic related links another hack.

take a screenshot of the editor, there's probably a button or instructions somewhere on it
like look for a button that looks like two chain links
there's a bunch of different methods for linking in things like this

Yeah I'm familiar with those on wikis, but unfortunately rhdn has nothing like that. I've searched the forums and every result is just newbies like me asking how to post a hyperlink with no response. I've tried hyperlink generators on the web but none of them work pasted on rhdn,

they should have some faq or information somewhere, or find out what backend software they use for the site

Not sure if this falls under /rhg/, but is there a website, forum, or list of games with translation patches I can find? Mostly looking at gen 4 and Saturn, but I'd really enjoy anything gen 3-5.

half the posts in this thread are about romhacking.net, while i'm new to it, it does seem to be the go-to place for this kind of thing, so much so that people seem to assume you already know what it is

Fuck no. Does anyone have a download link for the hack?
