Legends is a 2D masterpiece on current gen. Not retro but if you love Rayman you should try Rayman Legends.

>> No.6438092

We've been talking about for like 20 years now. It's a fantastic game, and for a long time it was ported to every new system, there's just not a whole lot of new stuff to say unless you want to reminisce. One of the best 3D platformers ever, honestly.

>> No.6438815

Pretty good game
I prefer Rayman 1 though

>> No.6438834

Rayman never really took off but Ubisoft keeps releasing new games.

>> No.6438858

When I first got this game for N64 the default language was set to French for some reason and I thought that was just the fantasy language the characters spoke. Was really neat until my older sister realized what was going on and changed it for me.

Rayman 2 is actually very well regarded and has been for many years. I think you don't know what the fuck you're talking about.

It’s well known and thought of as a top game of all time. It’s been ported to every platform possible even up to modern times. I’ve seen many posts about it on here even

Why use Dolphin when there is PC version?

>> No.6441847

Am I seeing this right that I can't remap the controller buttons on the PC version? They kind of suck. X is attack, O is jump, Square and Triangle rotate the camera. The fuck?

>> No.6441849

>>6441847
Just use keyboard, it's fine. Or try Rayman Control Panel, though I'm not sure if it can do button mapping for Rayman 2

>> No.6441868

>>6441849
I am using Control Panel. Doesn't seem like it has that feature. I'd rather get used to the weird buttons than play using a keyboard. Game supports analog.

This thread

says that it can button mapping though.

>>6441876
Thanks. Weird but thanks. I don't see it in the GUI. I mean there is a section for it but it doesn't reaction if I press any buttons on my controller. It only works for keyboard remapping on my end. Maybe they're not as precise with the feature description, calling them buttons instead of keys? Might also be a compatibility issues since I'm using an XInput wrapper for my DS3. I'll try with another controller later.

There's nothing else to really talk about. People usually only talk about stuff they can complain about and try triggering others. It gets boring fast talking about a game with very little flaws.
