Dark Cavern. surprisingly deep gameplay for a 1-screen maze runner. the robots would nail you with near-hitscan fire unless you could circle around behind them to attack from their blind spot. some enemies would drain your ammo instead of killing you, and the ammo supply wasn't generous. you could save on bullets by baiting the robots into shooting other enemies for you. good stuff.

Space Invaders and Combat. These hot, early 20-something girls who were daughters of my mom's best friend showed my brother and I these games after they took us jet skiing at Tablerock Lake. 1998 was one of the best summers of my childhood.

For me Missile Command was one of my favourite 2600 games. I know it is an arcade port. But it was a damn fine one.
