You control a headless mummy who attacks enemies by popping his face out of his stomach or throws skulls at them. It's meant to be ultra janky as fuck.

It's a solid average early Megadrive platform game, so it's nothing special technically or control wise (other than that you can do a lot of "air dancing" since you can slow down your fall by mashing a button). But the concept and the visual execution of said concept, plus the kickass music make it a great fun little game. It is also one of the few western edits that end up inarguably way better than the Japanese original.

I'd rate it a solid 7/10 as a game, objectively there's no way it could be more and this is already generous. But it is definitely a huge cult game.
