Hopefully /vr/ can help me with this one.
Played it like 10 years and remember it was a fan-translation.

>SNES RPG
>main character is a woman living in a world of men who had to hide her gender to participate in a fighting tournament
>a "wife" was assigned to her and eventually joined the party (let's be honest, she was a sexual slave)
>lots of lesbian scenes, but nothing as "JAPAN!" as you see these days, from what I remember

I tried googling it but I can't find anything, and I'm starting to believe it was all a dream.

DC/PSX era jrpg where you get to outfit a whole army instead of a single party or there's some battle system with whole legions of people. Sprite art. I don't remember, just watched it at a friend's house one evening years ago on the first night I got to see a dreamcast so I'm assuming it was a DC game.

Hopefully somebody know this one

A genesis/megadrive game, not sure the region as I used to emulate everything.
It's a shooter game where you use a generic chink chong asian, perhaps a vietnam or something.
You rotate to the right with a button and to the left with other but you can move freely in any direction while shooting.
You start in a jungle killing soldiers and military vehicles but mid-end game it has giant animals and demon like enemies and futuristic machinery.

2 games, both pc, likely win9x

First was a sidescrolling platformer where you are a gandalf-style human looking wizard with a purple robe and hat. Your main attack was a grey magic missile style projectile and you gained spells that went in a menu you could use mid game. One was featherfall which let you fall slower. You collected gems for health and magic. The level themeing was somewhat cartoony colors but realistic terrain, visually more like an indie game devs idea of retro than actual retro.

>It was NOT Crystal Castles.

The other was a masters of orion style game but wasnt from that series. Two of the groups you could play as were Draconians and the Hegemony. There was both space and ground based exploration. Movement grid was hex based. In the ground you invade cities and I think there may have been some terraforming. Each group had its own units based on its lore. Draconians were lower tech lizard folk who used hollowed out space rock for their ships and gained defense from it.

First mission you meet up with an alien dad and son who want you to kill and collect some meat from local animals. The planet itself had a grassy plain look with mountains and water. This one has been troubling me since ever, it was a NES game (maybe it was a bootleg) where you played as an angel (No, it's not Kid Icarus) in a fixed screen with some platforms like in Mario Bros. (1983), there were buckets of paint (or maybe pipes) where you jumped in and then you could pinch bubbles of your own color or something like that, and that's pretty much all i can remember.

I got one. Well two. Both DOS games.
First one, the box art was of a He-Man like knockoff. Game was a sidescrolling platform, possibly about collecting gems? I never got to play it as when I was young I fucked up the floppy by trying to install the game on the floppy.. somehow. Game possibly made between 80s -90s

The other one I believe was a point and click. One area was a silver car diner, the other was a gazeebo with musicians on it. That's all I remember. Someone said it was Lenny's Music Toons, but it's not. However that was one of the games I've forgotten about.

I'm looking for a dungeon crawler-y game that was on Bonus.com like 15 years ago. It was a 2d java game that played sort of like a roguelike in dungeon, but when you died you returned to the town where you clicked on buildings to buy gear and potions before entering the dungeon. You used the mouse to move in a direction in the dungeon, it was 8-bit or 16-bit in the dungeon, the dungeons were all black background then I can't recall if they were just yellow/goldish walls or white walls.

I've been trying to remember this fucking game for like 5 years now because I know the guy probably still has it hosted somewhere.

All I can tell you is that it was a 3D shooter like StarFox, third person perspective, and the first level had you defend a planet; however the planet always blew up within seconds, leaving me to wander space. I've got my own:
It's a fantasy-themed RTS-ish game? I distinctly remember playing a demo where you are only controlling a single halfling who can disguise himself as an enemy. If you touch a guard the disguise was broken so it was kinda awkward trying to move this little guy around RTS style. It might have been more of a top-down RPG game, but I remember thinking it was an RTS, just that level had you only control the one guy.

2D side scrolling shooter that was really fun and unique, but I don't remember the name.

Some of the features that I remember are:

- It had an almost claymation animated looking style.
- I played it about 10+ years ago.
- the main protagonist wore a blue uniform, with a sharp rectangular blue cap (something like old french police cap), and also smoked a pipe.
- there were vehicles that the character could use in the game. One of the vehicles that I remember was a yellow submarine like vehicle.
- the main character had the power to turn enemies into allies, and when so, the allies would follow right behind him, and that gave the player the ability to use the enemies' weapons.
- whenever anyone died in the game, they would turn into skeletons right away
- each of the enemy bosses had an animal symbol, and they used an armored vehicle that was shaped like the said animal. One of the bosses that I remember, had a beard with his animal symbol being the Armadillo. He had a giant armored Armadillo vehicle for the boss fight.

But there we're two games that I really liked bjt don't remember their names.

One was an FPS, you start riding some vehicle on a wasteland level, there was acid and the skybox show a lot of toxic waste and stuff, I don't remember if you could get off the vehicle, and thats all I can remember.

The other one was about tanks shooting each other, it had an isometric view and you had to calculate the trajectory of your bullets, one thing I remember vividly is that sometimes the AI tanks would Say "Apocalypse Now" when a shoot was a certain hit.

There was a dos wolfenstein style porn game that was only available in shareware form until a few years ago. You would defeat enemies by cumming, pissing and farting on them. The start was a normal modern day street where you could walk up to the windows of houses and see some cartoon people fucking then at the end of the street you go into an underground maze level. Main character was a cheesy American superhero guy. From the video of the full game that got posted at the time, you got a gay level, a level that ended with a playable mario kart parody and you ended up in space or on the moon.

Also, this may have been hearsay from the one vr thread I saw but I think there was something about some of the devs still being in the industry and being quite keen to keep the full game off the internet as much as possible.

I remember something on the Amiga when I was reeeally young. I don't even know if it was a game with a goal, or just an interactive thing. But there was a platforming-type view, like from the side view. And there were maybe 3 or 4 levels on the screen, and different-colored balls would come out from the top of the screen or maybe the sides of the top level, and roll across and fall down to the layer below it, and there were these metal wheels that the balls could get caught in, and I think you could rotate them to get them to change where the balls go. Maybe the goal was to keep the balls from reaching the bottom of the screen? Pic related is a basic attempt at giving you an idea of what the screen looked like and the colors I remember.

Sadly all I remember is that you could play it in co-op or single player, and your objective was to "absorb ghosts" (I think) into this bag you had attached to your back using some sort of vacuum, basically like in the Ghostbusters movies. Don't even know whether it was neo geo.
Now that I think about it I'm not even sure that the enemies were ghosts

Oh and forgot to mention, it was obviously 2d and on multiple "floors" on the same screen, basically like Donkey Kong in the pic. Sorry if I'm terrible at explaining.

I remember playing a demo of an isometric vehicle shooter in which you control a floating vehicle that looks similar to what I've drawn (sorry for my shitty Paint skills). I distinctly remember how the backside of the vehicle in question had huge nozzles similar to the ones found on fighter jets and that the vehicle could shoot missiles and gather ammo power-ups. Likewise, I believe that the pilot had a type of a helmet reminiscent of the visor Widowmaker has (from Overwatch). I'd really appreciate if someone could tell me the name of the game.

Searching for a 2D PS1 game where after you defeat a boss you continue the game playing as the boss. I vaguely remember one of them is a skeleton.

Two blonde kids wander into a Haunted Mansion and fight ghosts. The boy had a little green baseball bat. Was popular around the time the Xbox first launched. I believe they reviewed it on Xplay once.

for the love of fucking god, i cannot remember this shit for YEARS

here are aome facts. I'm 28 years old. i played this on pc at a friends house when I was little, but i dont remember what age i was. i remember being impressed by the graphics so i assume it must have been 1995-2001.

the beginning had some sort of ice level, you enter a cave, and then you have to do a jump through a fan/blades to get to the next area. we could never really get passed that part. I'm pretty sure you could die from long term cold temperature exposure. it wasnt first or 3rd person. if i remember correctly it was more fixed background/camera angles.

Windows 95/98 shareware. It was a vertical shmup and you had to shoot asteroids and space insects. The menu music was a MIDI version of Real McCoy's 'Another Night', and the cursor was a woman's hand with an outstretched index finger.

This game scared the shit out of me as a kid but I could never find its name.

>PS / SAT / N64 era
>top-down shooter(?)
>bunch of scary characters to choose from
>after character selection there was a messed up intro for each character
>one of them showed a girl dismembering people and cooking them

My cousin thought it was funny to always choose her to mess up with me.
