Black Belt for the Master System is fun, though I can't really say it's "good"

The Playstation game is at least enjoyable as a fan.

I liked the HnK Punch/Fighting Mania game back when arcades were a thing

As a fan of HnK and /vr/: Not really.
And I suspect you already know that the PS2 fighting game and Ken's Rage 1/2 are the best HnK games.
PS1 is at least somewhat faithful to the anime version, I suppose.

the japanese version of last battle is fun if you use save states (on everdrive) at the start of each level

It's a pretty solid game, and the graphics are great for the era. Natsume did a lot of good licensed games.

And yeah, as a fan it's fantastic. In addition to the intro, the "abeshii system" in the game is really neat (depending on which point in time you complete your input for a killer technique, they say something different).
