I'll start. I have some bootleg GB games with the battery that slides off the chip (ie not soldered) if the game is powered on, can I swap batteries without losing the saves. its a cr 2032

I'm fairly sure those saves are gone unless you jury-rig up some power solution whilst swapping battery.
Hence why I much prefer games with flash based memory.

Depends on the circuit. In a normal game yes but with a bootleg who knows. Better to back them up or at least clip on a power source while you swap.

Can't be fixed. It's karma and karma isn't limited to your linear perception of time. Karma knew you would post on the wrong board if you had this problem so punished you by causing this problem. This will continue to happen until you return to your proper place in the universe.

Any eurofags that can recommend a good 220-110V transformer? I'm plugging in a jap Saturn that uses 100V so I'd rather get one that outputs 110 than 115V.
